How to find your ring size →We design and make DeLoire jewellery in Brno. Delivery in 3–4 weeks from ordering, including production and shipping. Shipping alone takes 2–3 working days. Delivery within the Czech Republic by insured Česká pošta parcel is free. We also deliver free of charge to Germany, Austria and Poland via DPD. Collection in Brno is free too. For delivery to another country, please contact us before ordering.

You can return ordinary, non-personalised jewellery purchased online within 30 days of receipt. The customer arranges and pays for return postage; DeLoire does not reimburse these costs. For genuinely personalised and individually made jewellery, the exemptions described in the returns policy apply.
