Orders, accounts and bookings

Your browser remembers your basket and favourite pieces. We restore unfinished contact and delivery details from the tab's temporary storage for no more than 24 hours. When verifying the basket, the server checks the selected variants, quantities, sizes, gold colour and delivery address.

To process an order, we handle your name, contact and address details, ordered goods, payment and related correspondence. We share necessary details with the Comgate payment gateway and the carrier, Česká pošta. Your card details are processed by the payment gateway, not DeLoire.

If you create a customer account, we retain its profile and saved addresses. The booking form sends contact details and a visit request to our booking system. Email links open your email application; a message is sent only after you confirm.

Purposes, legal bases and providers

Processing orders, maintaining customer accounts and booking visits rely on performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before a contract is concluded. We retain accounting and tax documents to meet legal obligations. We protect claims and ensure operational security on the basis of legitimate interests. Optional analytics and advertising measurement rely on your separate, withdrawable consent.

Our technical infrastructure uses Cloudflare to host the website, Vercel for the internal system, and Supabase for the database, sign-in and storage. Hosting providers may process IP addresses and operational logs for security and service operation. With the relevant consent, we use Google Analytics, Google Ads and OpenAI advertising measurement for ads in ChatGPT. We do not manually add names, contact details or delivery details to events.

With explicit consent to advertising measurement, the OpenAI pixel may automatically recognise supported contact details entered on the website, such as your email, telephone number or name, and normalise and hash them using SHA-256 in your browser before sending them to OpenAI. It sends hashes for conversion attribution, not the original text. We do not regard these hashes as anonymous data. Measurement also includes browser and ad click identifiers and event information. We mark events as not permitted for future personalised advertising. We do not load this pixel without consent.

With your consent to advertising measurement, we may link a Google ad click ID to your booking, an actual visit and an order arising from that booking. We send Google only the ad click ID, a random event ID, its date and the amount of the deposit actually paid; not your name, contact details, notes or production costs. Bookings without advertising consent, test bookings and unpaid orders are not matched in this way. We retain clicks for this matching for no more than 90 days; we retain technical conversion IDs and correction details to check the import. We retain data for as long as needed for its purpose: to process an order or appointment, while an account is maintained, and for the applicable statutory periods for records and limitation periods for claims. Technical and analytics storage and their specific retention periods are described on the Cookies page. Using international providers may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area under an appropriate data-protection mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.

Internal traffic analytics

We collect optional statistics only with analytics consent, which you can withdraw at any time through Cookie settings on the Cookies page. We store aggregate daily visit counts, page groups and approximate connection countries, not IP addresses or customer details. Daily housekeeping removes deduplication keys older than 48 hours (within 72 hours at the latest) and aggregates older than 397 days (within 398 days at the latest). The website is hosted by Cloudflare; your browser sends data directly to our internal system at app.de-loire.com. Its hosting provider, Vercel, determines the country from the connection IP, and our existing Supabase database processes the aggregates.
