Full competition rules
1. Organiser
The organiser is DeLoire s.r.o., company ID 21187568, with its registered office at Kristenova 1302/16a, Komín, 624 00 Brno, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, File 137780 (the “organiser”). Contact: info@de-loire.com.
The competition takes place on Instagram in cooperation with @madie_v_domacnosti. This cooperation includes promoting the competition; the organiser is responsible for selecting the winner and handing over the prize.

All times refer to local time in the Czech Republic (Europe/Prague).
The competition takes place under the joint competition post by @deloire_cz and @madie_v_domacnosti. We will announce the dates and the competition post before the competition begins.
Only entries posted under that post during the competition period are included in the draw. Comments on other posts and replies to Stories do not count.
3. Eligibility
Individuals aged 18 or over when entering, with their own Instagram account and a delivery address in the Czech Republic, may enter. Entry is free and no purchase is required.
Employees and managing directors of the organiser, persons directly involved in preparing or assessing the competition, and persons close to them are excluded.
New and existing followers may enter. Accounts need not be public, but the organiser must be able to access the competition comment and verify compliance with the conditions.
4. How to enter
To enter validly, entrants must complete both steps during the competition: 1. Follow @deloire_cz on Instagram. 2. Leave one comment under the competition post, tagging two different real people who might like the earrings, using @username. Entrants must not tag themselves or two accounts belonging to the same person. Both conditions must be met by the end of the competition and remain met until the winner is verified.
Each person may enter through one account only and receives one entry in the draw. If several comments are posted, only the first valid comment counts; additional comments do not increase the chance of winning.
Sharing, liking the post or following other profiles is not required and does not increase the chance of winning.
Tagged people do not become entrants merely by being tagged. To enter, they must meet these rules themselves.
By posting a competition comment, entrants accept these rules.
5. Prize
The prize is one new pair of DeLoire E-25 yellow gold earrings with a row of laboratory-grown diamonds. One prize is awarded to one winner.

The specification corresponds to the selected variant on the DeLoire online shop.
The stated value is the price of that variant on the shop when the rules were prepared on 5 November 2026. The prize description in these rules is decisive; a later shop price change does not alter the prize.
The prize will be supplied in a DeLoire box. The winner may not exchange it for cash, another model or another version. Statutory rights concerning defects in the prize remain unaffected.
6. Draw and contacting the winner
Within three working days after the competition ends, the organiser will randomly draw one winner from all valid entries. Every valid entrant has the same chance of winning. The organiser will record the result and verify compliance before awarding the prize.
On the day of the relevant draw, the winner will be contacted by private message exclusively from @deloire_cz. Their Instagram username will be announced under the competition post or in the organiser’s Stories. The message may arrive in Message Requests.
The winner must reply within 72 hours of the message being sent. Within seven calendar days of replying, they must provide the information needed to verify eligibility and deliver the prize, in particular their full name, delivery address and contact details required for shipping, or arrange collection in person.
If the winner does not reply in time, declines the prize, fails to meet the conditions or does not provide necessary cooperation, the organiser will randomly draw a replacement from the remaining valid entries within three working days after the relevant deadline expires or another reason is established.
The replacement will be contacted on the day of their draw. The same reply, information and delivery deadlines apply. The organiser will repeat this procedure until the prize is delivered or all valid entries are exhausted.
The organiser never requests payment, payment card details, passwords or verification codes to claim the prize. Registration through a payment link is not required.
7. Prize delivery
The organiser will arrange delivery to an address in the Czech Republic within 30 calendar days after eligibility is verified and complete delivery details are received. The organiser pays delivery costs.
Free collection may be arranged at the DeLoire jewellery shop, Kozí 26/4, 602 00 Brno.
If delivery fails because of incorrect details or failure to accept the parcel, the organiser will ask the winner to resolve the issue and allow at least seven calendar days to agree on the next steps. A replacement may be drawn under Article 6 only if the winner still fails to cooperate.
8. Fair conduct and objections
The organiser may disqualify an entry where a breach is proven, particularly multiple accounts used by one person, automated accounts or false information relevant to eligibility. The reason will be recorded and given to the affected entrant on request.
Questions and objections may be sent to info@de-loire.com. The organiser will review them and reply within 30 days. The entrant’s right to statutory legal remedies remains unaffected.
9. Personal data
The controller for organising the competition is DeLoire s.r.o., with the identification and contact details in Article 1. Privacy enquiries may be sent to info@de-loire.com.
The organiser processes entrants’ Instagram usernames, competition comments, information about compliance and related correspondence. For the winner, it also processes information needed to verify eligibility and deliver the prize. Tagged persons’ data come from entrants’ comments and are used only to check the competition comment, not to create a marketing database.
Recording entries, the draw, correspondence with the winner and delivery rely on performance of the contractual relationship arising from participation under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Checking the tagging of two other people for fair participation, preventing abuse, protecting legal claims and proportionately announcing the winner’s username for transparency rely on the organiser’s legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Records required by law rely on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Contracted technical and communications providers may process data as necessary; the carrier receives delivery details. Where necessary, data may be disclosed to legal or accounting advisers or public authorities.
Only the winner’s username is made public. Photographs or other winner details will be used for promotion only under a separate voluntary agreement.
Instagram processes data under its own policies. Public comments and tags can be seen by others. International technical providers may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area under GDPR safeguards, particularly adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Information about specific recipients and safeguards is available on request at the controller’s email address and in DeLoire’s privacy policy.
The organiser’s working list of entrants will be deleted no later than 90 days after prize delivery or completion of assessment without a winner. Necessary records of the draw, eligibility verification and delivery may be retained to protect legal claims for three years after delivery or completion without a winner; an ongoing dispute may require retention until it is finally resolved. Records subject to statutory archiving are kept for the legally required period.
The organiser will remove the winner’s username from its public announcements no later than 90 days after prize delivery. These periods apply to the organiser’s records and announcements; other Instagram comments and content are also subject to account settings and platform rules.
Providing necessary data is voluntary, but eligibility cannot be verified or the prize delivered without them. Participation does not constitute consent to newsletters or other marketing messages. The organiser does not use profiling to assess entries; the random draw and final eligibility checks remain under its control.
Subject to GDPR conditions, data subjects have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. They may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Separately given consent may be withdrawn at any time. Rights may be exercised at info@de-loire.com; complaints may be lodged with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, www.uoou.gov.cz.

10. Instagram and Meta
The competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta in any way. DeLoire s.r.o. is the sole organiser and prize provider.
By entering, each entrant releases Instagram and Meta, to the extent permitted by law, from liability for organising, running and determining the outcome of the competition. Questions and claims concerning the competition must be directed to the organiser.
11. Final provisions
The full rules will be available throughout the competition and assessment through the link in @deloire_cz’s profile and at the competition post. Short texts in videos and Stories are summaries; these full rules prevail.
After the competition begins, the organiser may amend the rules only for a serious objective reason, such as a major technical outage or a change in legal requirements. Amendments and their reasons will promptly be published in the same way as the original rules. Amendments must not retrospectively disadvantage existing entrants, reduce the prize value or revoke an accrued right to the prize.
The competition is governed by Czech law. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. These rules take effect upon publication before the competition begins.
