Personal handover in Brno
When collecting at Kozí 26/4, you can take your time to look at and try on your jewellery. We will discuss care for your particular stone and any questions you have. Handover is arranged individually.
Where to find usDelivery to your address
Insured delivery within Czechia is free. Online orders are delivered only within Czechia; collection in Brno is also free.
Your jewellery arrives in an original DeLoire box with a receipt. Stone documentation and precise specifications are stated for your selected design.
When we will deliver your jewellery
Delivery in 3–4 weeks from ordering, including production and shipping. Shipping alone takes 2–3 working days.
If you need jewellery by a particular date, contact us before ordering. We will confirm any individually agreed deadline in advance.
Online payment through Comgate
Prices include VAT. Online payments are handled by the secure Comgate, a.s. gateway. Available payment methods are shown at checkout; Apple Pay and Google Pay also depend on a supported device and wallet setup. You do not enter your banking password or card details into the DeLoire system.
