Contact and studio visitsChoosing and ordering jewellery
You can order published jewellery on this website. Choose an available variant, gold colour and size, add the piece to your basket and check the summary and your details. Selecting 'Order and pay' submits a binding order with an obligation to pay. We acknowledge receipt by email; the purchase contract is concluded when DeLoire confirms acceptance of your order.
Ring sizes use the European scale, 44–72. Any size surcharge is included in the price before ordering. Some constructions, especially rings with stones around the entire band, cannot be resized later; we will help you choose.
How to find your ring sizePrice a platba
Prices include VAT. Online payments are handled by the secure Comgate, a.s. gateway. Available payment methods are shown at checkout; Apple Pay and Google Pay also depend on a supported device and wallet setup. You do not enter your banking password or card details into the DeLoire system.
Insured delivery within Czechia is free. Online orders are delivered only within Czechia; collection in Brno is also free.
The surcharge for your selected express production service is CZK 3,000 including VAT, charged once per order and displayed before submission. Please confirm the specific express completion date with us. Changes to the price list do not alter the price of an existing contract; later changes to terms do not apply to earlier contracts.
Delivery and paymentProduction and handover
Delivery in 3–4 weeks from ordering, including production and shipping. Shipping alone takes 2–3 working days.
We hand over jewellery in person or send it in an original DeLoire box with a receipt. The material and stone specifications match the option ordered; the specific documentation is stated for each design.
Claims and warranty
Rights concerning defective goods are not limited because jewellery is made to order. A consumer may raise a defect that appears within two years of receipt.
DeLoire's original offer includes a 24-month warranty and a lifetime warranty on material and manufacturing defects for wedding rings. The exact scope and conditions of this voluntary warranty will be stated in the warranty certificate; statutory rights are unaffected.
Normal wear, scratches from use or damage caused by improper handling are not in themselves manufacturing defects. We assess work by a third party in relation to the defect claimed; it cannot automatically exclude all statutory rights.
Contact us with a description of the defect, the model name and information that allows us to locate the purchase. A photograph also helps. A purchase can be proved by means other than the original receipt. We will arrange safe handover and issue confirmation of your complaint.
We will resolve your complaint, including remedying the defect, and inform you of the outcome within 30 days, unless we agree a longer period with you. For a justified complaint, you are entitled to reimbursement of reasonably incurred costs.
Returns and complaintsWithdrawal from the contract
You can return ordinary, non-personalised jewellery purchased online within 30 days of receipt. The customer arranges and pays for return postage; DeLoire does not reimburse these costs. To notify us of a return, email info@de-loire.com with your order number and the jewellery you are returning. You may use the model form, but it is not compulsory. Send the jewellery securely at your own expense, or hand it over in person at Kozí 26/4 in Brno.
As a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase of standard goods within 14 days of receipt. DeLoire extends this period to 30 days for standard, non-personalised jewellery. After notifying us of your withdrawal, send or hand back the jewellery within a further 14 days at the latest. We do not charge a flat return fee; you are only liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
We will refund payments received, including any costs of the least expensive standard delivery we offer, within 14 days of withdrawal, using the same method unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we receive the jewellery or proof of dispatch.
The right to withdraw without giving a reason does not apply to genuinely personalised jewellery, such as pieces with individual engraving, or unique jewellery made to your personal specifications. Making an item after it is ordered, or choosing a standard size or gold colour, does not in itself establish this exception. The exception does not limit your rights concerning defective goods.
These return-postage rules for ordinary returns or exchanges do not affect the right to reimbursement of reasonable costs for a justified complaint about defective goods. Revised terms do not change the terms of contracts already concluded.
