How to find your ring size →We design and make DeLoire jewellery in Brno. Delivery in 3–4 weeks from ordering, including production and shipping. Shipping alone takes 2–3 working days. Insured delivery within Czechia is free. Online orders are delivered only within Czechia; collection in Brno is also free.
Shipping and payment options →Would you like different proportions or a personal detail? Talk to us about bespoke production. You can return ordinary, non-personalised jewellery purchased online within 30 days of receipt. The customer arranges and pays for return postage; DeLoire does not reimburse these costs. For genuinely personalised and individually made jewellery, the exemptions described in the returns policy apply.
